In her own words….
I understand that the food we eat and our lifestyles can provide a supporting role against disease. I see food as something that should always be enjoyed and by making the right dietary and lifestyle choices we will impact our ability to lead happy, healthy and fulfilled lives.
I became interested in the power of nutritional therapy and functional medicine after struggling with IBS and acne for a number of years. Having learnt how to manage these symptoms through dietary and lifestyle changes I understand the challenges that ill health can bring and the ups and downs on the road to improvement. I aim to take an empathetic approach with my clients and I’m committed to providing the necessary support, patience and encouragement until the end goal is reached. I will always take a holistic approach to addressing health conditions and use tools such as functional and genetic testing, and therapeutic supplements along with dietary and lifestyle advice.
