With a background rooted in science and a passion for uncovering the root causes of chronic health conditions, Kelly is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist who specialises in digestive health, chronic fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic dysfunction.
Kelly qualified with distinction from the rigorous British College of Nutrition and Health (BCNH) and has been working in clinical practice since 2020. Her approach is grounded in the principles of Functional Medicine and the latest advancements in gut-brain and gut-immune science. She believes that nutrition is not just about food—it’s about using targeted, evidence-based strategies to restore balance and vitality.
Her clinical work integrates functional testing, personalised protocols, and supportive coaching. Whether working with complex cases of IBS, SIBO, NAFLD, prediabetes, or burnout, Kelly brings empathy, structure, and scientific precision to every client journey. She takes a “test, don’t guess” approach and collaborates closely with clients to guide them through tailored programmes that address underlying imbalances, not just symptoms.
In addition to running her private clinical practice, Kelly has held academic roles at BCNH including Clinical Supervisor and Programme Leader, supporting the next generation of nutrition professionals.
She is also continually advancing her knowledge through specialised training and CPD in areas such as the gut-skin axis, gut-brain axis, metabolic health, and stress resilience.
